About the project

This flagship redevelopment transforms a flood impacted former aged care facility into a 57-bed supported accommodation facility with a co-located service hub and hospitality training kitchen. The site delivers safe, trauma-informed, and gender-segregated accommodation across two levels, with integrated support services and community infrastructure. ATI was engaged to lead the project following successful funding from three tiers of government and a private donator. We brought governance and delivery structure to a complex, multi-stakeholder project, coordinating detailed design, approvals, and procurement in a compressed timeframe to meet funding conditions.

ATI’s role

ATI acted as Infrastructure Delivery Partner, leading design management, stakeholder alignment, DA and regulatory approvals, procurement and end to end construction delivery. We coordinated multiple funding streams and worked closely with service delivery teams to integrate housing with care.

Client value

ATI provided the delivery capability and structure that enabled Social Futures to activate a high-impact housing and community asset on an accelerated timeline, meeting investor requirements and community need in a post-disaster context.
