We bring 90 years of construction, procurement and stakeholder expertise to your table
We bring community infrastructure projects to life. Sitting at the intersection of policy, funding, design and construction, we turn complex ideas into practical, built outcomes. Whether it’s a new social housing development or the adaptive reuse of a flood-damaged facility, we bring the structure, clarity and momentum to get things moving.
ATI works with community housing providers, local councils, government agencies and purpose-led developers, especially where internal delivery capability is stretched or where projects carry risk. We’ve built a strong reputation for getting stuck in, fixing what’s broken, and seeing projects through. We live and work in the Northern Rivers, Sydney and Wollongong, and care deeply about delivering infrastructure that’s grounded, useful and community-driven.

Company history
ATI was founded by Geoff Waterhouse in 2000 as a vehicle for delivering public infrastructure across education, health, local government and community sectors. Geoff has led dozens of capital programs for NSW Public Works, Schools Infrastructure, Health Infrastructure and Ambulance NSW, providing feasibility, procurement, risk management and construction oversight.
In 2024, ATI evolved into a senior partnership between Geoff Waterhouse, Geoff Baker and Beck Longbottom, combining deep expertise in capital strategy, public sector procurement, stakeholder engagement and program leadership. This new chapter responds to the growing need for experienced professionals who can unlock funding, structure complex infrastructure, and lead projects from concept to construction, particularly in regional and community contexts.
Track record
Our team brings decades of senior experience across infrastructure, planning, and public service delivery. Before founding ATI, we led complex, high-risk programs for organisations including NSW Health, School Infrastructure NSW, NSW Ambulance, the Department of Justice, Airways New Zealand, and Transport for NSW.
Our backgrounds span executive program leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the end-to-end delivery of capital works portfolios worth over $750 million. We've delivered civic and social infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand, built funding strategies for government and community housing providers, and led recovery efforts following some of NSW’s most significant climate disasters. Today, that experience underpins our hands-on, pragmatic approach to helping clients deliver the infrastructure their communities need.
