    Leading capital strategy and delivery for a regional community housing provider (CHP) across a multi-year infrastructure pipeline. Developed an integrated capital program, prioritised projects based on community and service need, secured state and federal funding, and aligned delivery with Housing Australia and Homes NSW frameworks.

  • NRRRP Capital Delivery Program

    Description goesProgram leadership for the $150M Northern Rivers Recovery and Resilience Program, coordinating infrastructure recovery across seven flood-affected LGAs. Responsibilities included project prioritisation, funding phasing, multi-agency governance, and delivery oversight for 36 projects, including levees, pump stations, access works, nature-based solutions, and civic infrastructure. here

  • Schools Infrastructure NSW Portfolio Oversight

    Provided strategic asset management and capital delivery expertise across multiple NSW Public School capital programs. His role included managing feasibility and planning for school upgrades and new builds, coordinating stakeholder input across Education, Public Works, and local councils. Geoff implemented asset lifecycle frameworks and risk-based prioritisation to ensure project sequencing aligned with growth forecasts and demographic shifts. His leadership improved budget allocation efficiency and delivery confidence across large, decentralised infrastructure portfolios.
