Previously we led the planning and delivery of 36 disaster recovery projects under the $150 million NEMA-funded Northern Rivers Recovery and Resilience Program (NRRRP). This included pump station upgrades, levee works, stormwater improvements, evacuation route protection, nature-based solutions, and house relocations. Our work spanned seven LGAs and required close coordination with councils, utilities, and all three levels of government.

Affordable and social housing strategy

We specialise in identifying and securing funding from key State and Federal programs, including Housing Australia (HA), Homes NSW, the Regional Housing Fund (RHF), and the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF).
