About the project

Social Futures is a leading community housing provider (CHP) in the Northern Rivers, with a growing pipeline of social infrastructure projects. As a CHP, they aren’t structured to deliver capital works in-house, which is where we come in. As their Infrastructure Program Management Office, we oversee the end-to-end lifecycle delivery of their construction portfolio.

Our role spans social and crisis housing, community hubs, youth and health facilities, and co-located services across the Northern Rivers. We bring the systems, expertise and delivery structure to bridge the gap between government funding, client ambition and industry execution, ensuring that projects are feasible, DA-approved, fundable and buildable from day one.

ATI’s role

ATI acts as a dedicated delivery partner, managing project planning, grant strategy, stakeholder alignment, risk, procurement, and delivery oversight across the full construction portfolio. We lead key projects, mentor internal teams, and support Social Futures to scale their capital program without needing to build a construction division in-house.
